Translate Whole Files

A new Document mode in the translator workspace — upload a file and get a translated copy back, ready to use.

• Office documents: Translate .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx while keeping the original layout — Word headers, footers, and footnotes, PowerPoint slides and notes, Excel cells and formulas
• Structured text files: Translate .md, .html, .json, .csv, .txt, and .srt without breaking markdown, markup, JSON keys, table structure, or subtitle timings
• Preview in place: Review the translated Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file in the browser; markdown, HTML, CSV, JSON, and SRT each get a format-aware preview
• Download the translated file: Save a ready-to-share copy in the original format
• Processed in your browser: Your document files are parsed on the browser side via WebAssembly technology and are not uploaded to our servers

Plans & Limits

• Credit-based usage: Document translation uses your existing credits — one credit per source character
• File size by plan: Free up to 2 MB; Plus up to 10 MB; Pro and Lifetime up to 50 MB

New Translation Modes

Translate beyond plain text with dedicated modes in the translator workspace.

• Image translation: Upload screenshots, scans, or photos. Use OCR for fast text extraction and translation, or Turbo mode for complex layouts, manga, and product images — then preview, compare with the original, and download the translated image
• Speech translation: Upload audio, review and edit the transcript, then run multi-model translation on the cleaned text
• Website translation: Paste a public URL to fetch the page, translate its content, and preview the result in place

Listen to Results

• Text-to-speech: Listen to text translation results with one click — pause and resume as you review each model's output. Now supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese; more languages coming soon
